Nearly two decades ago, two brothers inherited a substantial and grand baseball collection as well as a sizeable historical collection from their grandfather who lived to be nearly 100 years old. About the same time as their grandfather passed, one of the brothers was looking to forge a new career path and so it all began, his certification process and BSA Sports Authenticators.
At BSA we begin by obtaining ownership/origin documentation, next is expert examination/physical inspection, followed by analysis/verification and finally, if deemed authentic, authentication and certification of the item. Each item authenticated by BSA receives a unique holographic # of authenticity assigned by the authenticator along with an LOA certifying the items' authenticity.
